Certainly easy to fix. Perhaps though something more discrete?

The only problem being cars aren't like bottles of wine. Sadly, you can't just stick them in a shed and find them in the same condition a decade later. They need exercise and regular maintenance.

I recently saw a sierra rs500 cosworth advertised for 90k
Rather than that I'd save 30k and buy this

If I had a big barn to store them, then for a months pay each, you can get a 944 S2, BMW 8 Series, VW Corrado, Jag XJS and a MK1 MR2.

Leave them for about 10 years and resell.

I was after a triumph stag, but prices have gone silly. 2 yrs ago could have had 'a good one'one for 5k now they are 10k plus.

Now looking at 00s merc sl500, a 65k car which now can be had for as little as 7k. Has future classic written all over it.

However, I dont get the recent price increases on run of the mill old Fords

Everything seems to have gone up. I presume it's due to too much cash looking for a home. Has the feel of the late 1980s about it. Then again so does the price of houses.

Do love the fact that late 1990s/early to 2000s motors are just old cars and therefore cheap. I've got my eye on this S430 Merc at £4K on eBay:

    2003 S430 Mercedes

The first thing I check is what tyres a car has. Expensive tyres normally means the car with have generally had money spent on it.
