Crystal Reports Support Analyst Contract
My client is a large public sector organisation situated in Cheshire and they're looking for a systems administrator to manage their information system ensuring that security, control and quality standards are met at all times. The main responsibilties will be as follows: - Maintaining and retrieving system information through the provision of necessary links between Rolemodel, TQMP and PDP software; - Crystal Report Writing and Foxpro in order to ensure the appropriate and effective retrieval of management information. - Identify changing information requirements, through liaison with Manager - Assess the quality and accuracy of information against internal and external measures to prescribed timescales - Provide ongoing technical advice, guidance and support to users - Design and deliver a range of training to meet the identified needs of all Service employees - Undertake the deletion and archiving of system records - Maintain and control the security of the system - To practice and promote the Health and Safety policies of the organisation. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED - Degree level with at least one year's experience in a technical role, or HND with 5 years' experience in a technical role. - Knowledge and Skills of networks, PC configuration, software development techniques and Back End database systems. - 3 years experience of using Crystal Reports and MS OfficeTags: None
