    When you look at what rates actually are (or are supposed to be), then it's clear that the whole paradigm is now in a permanent (until it dies) vegetative state.

    People talk about recoveries and all that shizzle, working on the premise that interest rates are just some arbitrary number policy makers twiddle to influence things.
