    Yeah it does seem to be more for them to track their failures and they seem to want everyone on it...

    we will not fail - obviously until the requirements are changed at the last minute and everyone is then suddenly expected to work evenings and weekends to 'support the problem' as these things 'need to be addressed as a team'

    how about no - if the exec cannot make up their mind then they will delay the project - there you go no arse kissing needed.
