Get more railways built,dig Beeching up and hang himget more freight-dedicated rail lines running, particularly from east to west and a far better railway service to mimic the M62 corridor and take in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Hull with end-to-end in 90 minutes max, with just those four stations plus Warrington Bank Quay.
