Is there any other reason any big company would use Luxembourg?

They can't dodge VAT now due to changes this year, but they could in the past.

do they stream their services from there?

why hound the ordinary working man for every last penny when companies are allowed to setup in Luxembourg and pay no meaningful tax here?
