    Why do hotels insist on turning the thermostat up to stratospheric levels as soon as we get go this time of year?

    I've had to have the fan on max all night, sleep in the buffy with the covers off and have tge window wide open which meant I got woken by the Brazilian shipbuilders every time they went out for a fag.

    It's utter madness and it's not even turkey and tinsel season yet.
