    They tried to sell it to me 3 years ago and pulled out almost at the last moment because seller (mutual society which was stupid enough to finance building of block of flats) changed their mind - cost me like £1.5k

    Might have to rent one of the MF's squalid dwellings at the extortionate prices until house prices finally crash
