Cayman Islands and any jurisdiction like that should have been treated same as Iran for the purpose of bank transfers - basically not allowed, they should have been cut off from world banking system unless they stopped making money on fooking over taxpayers from all over the world.

Maybe if we are all forced inside IR35 we could set up a shell corporation in the caymans?
