MTA Database - reading material

I'm looking to gain some certificates and interested in the MTA Database / 364.

I have seen the 98-364 MTA Database Administration Fundamentals as the 'main' material however doing some googling it seems to be of poor quality especially for the MTA exam.

Has anyone doing this exam and/or can recommend some reading material?
