We do always keep and run the nightly backup of all our system and customer files separately, but somehow, the intruder knows our system very well and manage to delete all the files on the backup system too, leaving us with completely nothing

As with the numerous other sockies you've had and probably have many more of your credibility is only diminished by this type of thread.
May your sh!t come to life and kiss you.

A reply at last (if you want a laugh)
What happens now is that the backup were deleted too. We have absolutely nothing on our hand. We have been in business for nearly 10 years and this is the first time we experience this issue. It is truly a major shock to us. We truly understand and feel the pain on your side too, but we do have a lot more pain to endure too. There are hundreds of sites on this server too.
We love you to support us and your new account will be up and ready in the next few hours. As usual, you will need to upload your files/etc
We will looking to enhance and harden the security of this server. No one wants this disaster to happen, truly
We will create a new account for you in the next 72 hours. We sincerely apologize for this disaster.
Thank you

Oh entertaining edit, it's no mystery to the regular posters that the Gumbo Robot ID is another in that massive list of sockies, the denial is absurd.

Well if it's true (not going to credit that with the assumption it is) then you've demonstrated that a poorly bought solution is rarely profitable, you have no-one to blame other than yourself.
Regarding the second, I have no experience of setting up websites and I've been bitten badly.
Thanks for your really constructive adviceLast edited by Gumbo Robot; 22 July 2015, 16:27.
