    FTAOD and for the benefit of many of the professionals, commentators, accountants and contractor haters HMRC, the correct term is Close Company not Closed Company!

    The number of articles that I have read since the budget that mix the two up is mind boggling. It is akin to the misrepresentation of 'bog standard' for the old service quartermaster term 'bulk, standard' used for item description before the days of UNSPSC codes.

    It is lazy and really gets my Capra aegagrus hircus
