My question is as an alternative and a much cheaper solution is it possible for me to set up a UK limited company (or have a friend with residency set it up) before my current visa expires and have the contracting company pay into my/my friends UK account. I would not have a UK work permit as I am not actually working in the UK is it required? Seems there is something I am missing so I would appreciate any advice.

In other words you’re on the fiddle with visas. P&*% off!

    Just do what you like.

Laws, regulations and legislation only apply to the indiginous population of the UK.
