Shome mishtake, surely?Originally posted by TonyEnglish"A mate of mine just paid over a million for his place in Tod."
Where abouts? The place we lived in would be worth a bit now. 4 bed farmhouse which they completely gutted and renovated, with outbuildings and a small amount of land (10.5 acres). Right on the top of the hills so that you couldn't actually see the houses in the valley due to the steep hills.
They bought it in the late 80's for 35k and sold it in 1985 for 110k. They did spend a lot doing it up though.

Woaahhh!! they have a time machine as well??? maybe that's why they got your date of birth mixed up, they had nipped back to oct 13 on the 30th and then gave birth around about midnight so they weren't sure if you were actually born on the 30th or the 31st.

A mate of mine just paid over a million for his place in Tod.Originally posted by TonyEnglishTod was only one of the places I lived although I did spend 8 years there. But yes we did live on top of a rather big hill! Shame they didn't stay there as the place would have been worth a mint now. Instead they live in a sh1thole in the west of Ireland which is worth next to nowt!
