    Internet 'rationing' needed as UK cannot keep up with demand - Telegraph

    A few years ago "experts" were saying people in Britain did not have enough access to the internet. Now people have too much. Will the "experts" make up their minds please?

    An energy crunch is coming - we should be building coal fired power stations now (using UK coal) and starting to build nuclear plants(using UK expertise) now.
