You could sell your house yourself, if you live in a desireable area it's not hard to market your property

We didn't use an estate agent, and the only grief we had was the mortgage application, and a greedy seller trying to eek out some more money at the last minute

...He didn't, we haggled him down with the threat of walking away from the deal

Man I hate estate agents with a passion, I moved before etc but it was years ago and even then they were b**tards, now there even bigger b**tards.
