Wish we had one locally where I am in cloggers, save me battling for spaces even in the expensive paid for parking areas in the morning.

I've seen one of those in Amsterdam, and here's one of the big underground places in Münster (of which there are a few) including bike wash:

Switzerland and Austria have some cool ones as well.
