Does folding towels do it for you?

BBC News - ASMR: The videos which claim to make their viewers 'tingle'

I'm quite pleased to read this - I get this.

I also get a sensation of physical pain when I get even a small fright - kind of like an electric shock, which bothers me enough that I've googled it a few times to no avail.
