Ideas can't be copyrighted and discussion is by definition not monologue, so it can't be copyrighted. This sounds awfully familiar to one of the religions cults that Chico-pimps pimp around.

Apart from the chance that they may protect you from IR35 they dont seem to be much use at all. If you aint happy, ditch them.
