The password for the generic Oracle user account in a SIT environment became locked and had to be reset by a DBA. That has now been done - but not before the recipient list for the email thread to identify the problem and raise the request reached a total of 20 entries (16 on the 'To' and 4 more on the 'cc').

Can anyone beat that or is this a record?

(Actually it is more than 20 - one of the recipients was a 'Support Team' account).
