There was a bomb scare (but with actual stuff found) in Munich this week on the underground and that was a religious nutter but a local geezer just a bit pissed off.

The Flemish papers have a bit more detail:
"The suspects, 7 civilians and 10 army personel, had in their posession various firearms, landmine detonators, a large munitions cache, explosives and homemade bombs along with bullet-proof vests and gasmasks"
Who said Belgium is a quiet place with just beer and chocolates?
One regular bit of banter with a flemish mate here always ends with him going off on one about how all the ex-pats think the flemish are a bunch of right wing nuts (VB 25%+?) - this "blood and honour" mob should provide some ammo for the next round!

No, none of that multi-cultural, home-grown ethnic community trying to bring destruction on everyone else b*ll*cks as you have in the UK. But a decent plot involving the locals planning to bring down the government.
