Face it, the SNP didn't do all the clever stuff ahead of time - it was difficult for them as they were limited by time. They hope that there is a currency union. They hope that they can get EU membership via Clause 48. They hope that it's all going to be OK. They hope that if there is no currency union then they can get into the EU without a central bank.
Scotland has a currency union and with DevMax we'd have enough control of our finances to satisfy most people. There wouldn't be an presidential car for Salmond - but I could live with that.
