It sounds like he was caught at it rather than trying to flaunt it.

Daylight cruising

So I have started to do some afternoon runs in one of the local parks and the place does have a bit of a reputation for cruising in a certain area which I go past but not through.

So today I see this guy from far away and I think he is doing a piss, as I get closer I realise he is waggling his knob and as I get closer and go past he turns his back to me but keeps waggling away whilst keeping one eye on me as I pass.

Now this is on one of the main roads through the park, in daylight outwith the main area known for this activity. Should I have phoned the police and demanded they truncheon his nuts?
