Contract with Agency, Umbrella and Independent contractor

If there is no valid contract between the umbrella company and the agency, then there is no contract - you will not be paid for any work, since there is no agreement for the work to be done and you are aware before doing any work that there is no legal agreement in place.

If there is no contract, then the client should refuse you access anyway, since you have no business being there.

What will happened with main contract if I’ll not sign contract with Umbrella ? Will main contract without Umbrella signature is valid ?

I've very simple question. I've got contract from Agency. The contract parties are Agency and Umbrella. In this contract my name is under Relevant Staff and basically all liability to fulfil the contract stay with Umbrella. The contract has been signed by Agency and me but not by Umbrella.
The Umbrella sent me his own agreement which basically is mirror agreement but this time parties are me and Umbrella. I’ve not signed it yet so Umbrella probably did not signed main contract.
The question:
What will happened with main contract if I’ll not sign contract with Umbrella ? Will main contract without Umbrella signature is valid ?

Name of Parties
1) Umbrella Company TBC whose registered office is situated at TBC ("Consultancy")
2) Agency

Recitals
A) The Consultancy carries on the business of the provision of consultancy services relating to all aspects of the services specified in Schedule attached (the "Consultancy Services”).
B) Agency has requested the Consultancy, and the Consultancy has agreed with Agency, to provide the Consultancy Services on the terms and subject to the conditions of this agreement (“Agreement”).
