    They redirect my mail without any intervention from me. I personally act as a sorting depot for several streets.

    I was just asked to show the original certificate of incorporation - I think they can check from there.

    You can get a current appointments report from Companies House for free, either that or a letter from your accountant stating you're the only director.

    So I've done the forms for the personal redirection - easy.

    MyCo is more challenging. Turned up at Post Office this morning with original bank statement & MyCo debit card to make payment to find I'd missed the bit in the instructions that said 2 or more directors need to sign. There's only me, so apparently I need to find something that proves I'm the only director.

    What have other people used? Annual return from Co Hse?
