Over 100 views and no answer...Is something wrong with my question or there aren't any telecom contractors here (those on the networking side...)?

started a topic Rates in telecom market...

    Rates in telecom market...

I have a contract extension offer and I'm searching also for a new contract (always have a backup... )
So speaking about London rates, how are rates at the moment for a network engineer / network consultant position? I'm looking at the telecom market for a Cisco position, 5 years experience, usual certs (CCNP & MCSE). I've done searches on jobserve, I've seen rates above 400 / day but only banks / City.
I would prefer to wait until September for the market to pick up, but my contract ends late August so I need to search now.
    Any thoughts, numbers?

    Thanks in advance,

    Victor

Working...
