Urgent Remedy & ITSM Opportunities
Hi there all, I'm new to this site, but I am currently looking for Remedy & ITSM developers and consultants for a good few urgent positions, both contract and permanent. These positions are based mainly in the UK, but some are for within the EU.
If you are a Remedy or ITSM professional looking to see what's happening out there, and the opportunities that are currently around then please contact me ASAP.
One position for example:
Solutions Provider
Contract and Permanent - UK Wide
The role is for a Remedy Consultant who can provide support & solutions based on various components of the Remedy Product Suite. The role requires you to be able work in a consultancy role where you use your experience and knowledge to act in an advisory capacity to customers' Remedy staff and a support role where you will be required to use your extensive problem investigation/analysis skills to resolve problems quickly and to a quality level that ensure responses/resolutions are within SLA targets.
You need to have designed, developed, tested and successfully implemented solutions using AR Systems up to version 6, and preferably version 6.3, preferably with either a RAC or RSP certification.
Essential Skills:
· project life cycles
· experience of working with the customer
· designing solutions within time and budget constraints
· Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach
· developing test plans and results and executing the tests
· supporting users through user acceptance testing
· supporting critical solutions and tight SLAs
Desirable Skills:
· ATS certification
· Asset Management
· Change Management
· Atrium CMDb
· Help Desk
· CSS
· Service Level Agreements
· Crystal reports (design and develop)
· Distributed Server Option

I don't really want to pollute a thread where someone is offering a job in Glasgow, but we've all left to find work (seriously). I wish you luck, and hope you haven't been presented with the impossible task of finding too many skills for not enough money.
