    Absolutely nowt, unfortunately the Dutch intermediary will go by the books and will not pay till they see the requisite forms.

    The only thing you can do is to continually chase HMRC or get your accountant to assist.

    I am surprised that the intermediary took you on board without the A1/E01 form, normally they need to see this before they'll engage.
