Previously on "Trading Address v Registered Address"
HMRC Online -> Business Tax Dashboard -> Your Details -> Change Address
and check that it gets updated for Corporation Tax, PAYE and VAT.
Although not sure how smooth it will be.
A couple of months ago I changed my company's registered email address from my wife's to mine, and today my wife got an email from them at her e-mail address, even though online it shows the registered email address as mine.
Don't know what the answer to this is. If emails are addressed from previous correspondence rather than being initiated from the current (up-to-date) registration/file/record this will happen!

Are you registered for online services with HMRC? IIRC there's an option to change your trading address. Otherwise, give them a call. For the registered office address, I believe this is only done via Companies House (also online) who then update HMRC with the new details....
I want to change my registered address away from my house as I am going to be renting out my old house as a BTL, found a company that will do it and handle post etc, somewhere in the back of my mind though there is a question that HMRC will need to always know my "trading address", if so how do you let HMRC know what your trading address is?
