Working with ITECS in Ireland

Hi to all,

I am in t he step of agreeing a contract with ITECS for a job in Ireland - Dublin.
After all I've read in this forum I do not know what to do.
To go further with ITECS of choose Access Financial (they offered a lower retention rate) and on 11th of March I will start my contract ?

Any feedback for me ?
