    Niche opportunities will pay the readies, but generally Dubai rates are poor.

    Everyone wants to go there because of the lifestyle publicity the Emirates generate, so basically they can get people for less.

    The big problem is it's closer to India, so the bodyshop problem is much worse than we've got here.

    Someone I know in Dubai is looking for an IBM iSeries software specialist with pre-sales, post-sales and implementation experience. I don't know any more about the package but I do know the sun shines there.
