Interesting new contract

A previous satisfied customer wants me to guide them through a project start up, from cyrstallising their vision to business case. Couple of days per week and should be fun. Never really done this before and would be interested to hear any experience.

The client is opening a new healthcare facility and wants cutting edge IT for clinicians, operational teams, patients and researchers . An open and relatively blank book at the moment.
