Same here, with the exception that I still get an accountant to independently prepare and file the Annual Accounts and CT600 using the same book-keeping input. So far he has always arrived at a different result and he has always been correct (unsurprisingly). I think this gives me a better understanding than either just doing it all myself or letting the accountant do it all.

But my point was actually that if considering paying for RO service then it might be worth looking at accountant that will throw in RO for "free". Each to their own though, and I'd be interested to know if you find an RO service that you would be happy to recommend.

If this is in preparation for moving to Spain at a later date, wouldn't it make more sense to find an accountant who will throw in RO + mail handling for free? Since you probably only want end of year accounts done, let's say £600-£800 pa?

Fwiw, I looked at the registered address services and decided in the end that I couldn't trust my business to them. Might have more faith in a virtual office service if it's one I could visit regularly and deal face to face with the staff.

I agree the Natwest deal does look a good one (but seriously doubt they throw in RO or mail forwarding though, if that's what you meant).
No the Natwest is just the hot desking, Regus don't offer RO services anymore.

PCG Plus has London hot desking included. Not used it myself yet.

    Registered Address Service

Can anyone recommend a registered address service, ideally I would like one that offers the facility to scan any correspondence I get and email it to me as I am planning to base myself in Spain at a later date
