    I broke into finance by taking a permie role at a software house developing front office order management systems. 18month of permie sweatshop development, and i went contracting... As a BA you might be able to take a similar route..

    Once into the London finance scene, if youre any good and get a name for yourself, its not difficult to stay in work, its breaking into the scene thats the hard part
