Globalelist ripped me off

I placed an order for some data which was never delivered. I prepaid by Paypal as requested and they never delivered the goods. They said the data will be delivered the next day time and again, they never sent it. They failed to refund me and Paypal do not protect payments for non tangible goods so thats it, money gone, no data.

I am trying to get an email marketing list (that is pretty specific to users of a particular system, rather a generalised list) but keep coming up against brickwalls, however I have found w ww.globalelist.com that purport to have a list to fit my requirements.

Now I could just stump up the money to get the list but I thought I would do a quick search on Google about them but nothing came up - reviews, testimonials, problems, praise etc. - so wondering if anyone on here has used them.

I've requested a "sample" of the data but heard nothing back yet.
