EDIT: Actually, adding rate, location, sector, etc. might give you a slightly better chance of finding someone!

Sheesh, everyone complaining the market's tulip yet there's no .NET developers on the bench?

I could just ask for a couple of references if it'll make people feel more comfortable

I'm recruiting for a couple of experienced .NET developers working within a Microsoft tech stack (i.e. SQLServer, Biztalk, Visual Studio). For an immediate start.
