Romania's not in India either

It's hard, you need to prove no UK or EU can do the job, and have advertised for the position (with proof) to show that tho local candidate is interested.

Plan B - Software Dev In Romania - Immigration

Anyone know what the procedures are for hiring a non EU citizen to work as a temp contractor?

The work needs to be done on site in Cheshire and is my Plan B (Basically some smartphone dev)

Has anyone hired a non EU citizen and sponsored them?

I guess I need an immigration lawyer
