What are good agencies for contracting in Norway?

I will go to Norway for a few days, so I would especially like to know about companies in Oslo I could talk to.

(With contracting i essentially mean, short-term contracts, making more money than employees).

What kinds of setups are common?

It seems to be difficult to get a tax-efficient solution?
