I'm crash-hot at writing SPs and T-SQL and using the explain plans etc to tune queries on large datasets (600 million + rows). In fact because of a lack of archiving process (!!!) I'm now flat-out getting queries that are taking hours to run and making them finish in an acceptable time.

Also my Excel VBA skills are world class. Seriously. I've been doing Excel VBA since it was invented.

I've got a British passport. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Every team I have ever been on love me and want me to stay forever (It's true - I have NEVER not been given an extension).

Things to gloss over: I'm currently in Australia. I last worked in the City in 2001 and haven't done banking since. My SQL skills are SQL Server and DB2.

    But APART from that...

    :-)
