Why don't you run a WHOIS on the domain, and check the Dublin Companies Registration Office?

Seabrook And Co
Maybe a silly question, maybe genuine but does not seem right.
Replied to a job ad several weeks ago on the web, and a guy called me, asked a fw questions, said he was short listing, and would get in touch with me.
Called back today telling me I had been shortlisted and could I go to interview in London.
Apparently it is at a consultancy called Seabrook and Co.
The web advertiser was called SBC people
The end client is a goverment agency
Just slightly suspicious as apparently there are loads of roles, so was the reason for not being given a job description and can find no website for either Seabrook and SBC.
I am concerned that this is a waste of my time, as Manchester to London will take a day for me, on the other hand I am worried about losing a good opportunity.
Has anybody heard of either of the above 2 or had any dealings with them?Tags: None
