Aha indeed.
I can't say that I'm shocked that this scheme (and probably numerous others) is being investigated.
I can see a very long and protracted legal battle with a similarly long thread incoming on this one.

Was this one of those IOM schemes, umbrella or what? Just wondering what/who they are targetting.

Talent Resource Management HMRC enquiry
Hello,
Around 4 months ago, I received a letter from HMRC informing me that they are starting an enquiry in relation to my previous employment with TRM. On friday, I received a follow-up letter requesting more information. I have spoken to TRM who were happy to advise with the reply to letter.
From reading notes on this forum, it is now apparent that I am not the only target.
For this purpose, i would like to form a group of contractors who were involved or are currently in the process of HMRC enquiry as a result of their employment with TRM. The group would form a good basis for moral support, discussing shared experiences, sharing information and tips, and MOST importantly splitting the legal/accounting costs should any become necessary.
