Anyone worked for QBS aka Quesst Business Services agency?

I've accepted a 1 week contract very low rate and they have said they will pay the expenses to travel too 2 destinations, they sent me the filling in forms to take all my details , but just looks a bit cheap and iffy?
Can i trust this agency?
