    Yeap that sounds about right. If you're feeling like that at this early stage, do yourself a favour, and terminate the contract, now. I did after 1 month and it was the best thing I ever did. Will never go back to public sector, would rather stack shelves in Tesco

    Why is it that workers in the public sector are so unaccountable and get away with so much?

    I am 4 weeks into this gig and I am encountering:

    * Attempts to make everyone equal
    * Childish kindergatan mentality
