I've worked through them for a couple of small pieces of work. I don't remember there being any dramas so that would suggest to me they were fine...

I did a spell at Companies House through Amtech, about 3 years ago. They were a decent bunch and always paid invoices on time. Not sure about now though - the agent I dealt with moved on to another agency.
