Previously on "Santander - security checks - account lock out"
Had a security check automated call this morning from SantanTard......asking about certain payments on my business reserve account, which I must admit although a little annoying I dont mind.
Just to say that Natwest is no better, I've my cards locked out 8 times in total due to a fraudulent pattern.
Unlocking involved calling in from abroad, waiting on the line 15 minutes each time, providing the long number etc everytime, go figure... they mumbled it's for my convienience or sth.. go figure
Once each card has been locked out twice, it's stopped happening...
Anyone getting consistently bounced when trying to buy something online / buy a curry (as happened tonight) from this lot?
Since it changed over to Santander I've had the card refused for three online payments and had the pleasure of having the card declined in a curry house tonight - thank god I've been in there a couple of times a week recently so got let out with an I.O.U
If it happens again then the account is getting scrapped - can't afford being stuck somewhere having to use my debit card as a paddle
I've binned santander \ abbey off. Im with the Co Op FSB business banking now.
