    Anyone heard of a big financial services organisation in a big north west city that discriminates against new applications based on their perception of whether one is a 'cultural fit' to their way of doing things ????

    Seems this is a bit bizarre given that its not specified in the job advert.

    One would have thought that its illegal to deny an applicant that is matched to a role description based on what they've 'heard' but not substantiated is it not ????

    Warning to all the best contractors out there, best to avoid this place then !!!!! This place is very dodgy indeed....
