Bob's becoming a sneaky bugger.

Is anyone here on Zintro? I've had an inquiry in which Bob wants to find out all about my area (Basel II) for £0, with the note "just an initial inquiry to understand how proposals work".

Errr, yeah. That'd be a no then.

Have replied politely pointing out that I'll be happy to work with him under normal commercial conditions (the obvious caveat to that being that he can "sod orf" under non-normal commercial conditions).
