Resource Solutions - direct contract
Yo,

Landed myself a new direct contract where the end client uses Resource Solutions to manage contracts and invoicing. I haven't seen the contract yet.

I've heard various things about Resource Solutions:
4 years ago contract was not IR35 friendly...RS wouldnt budge.

2 years ago contract was almost IR35 friendly, they would budge on one issue which required sorting.

As anyone any recent experience with RS? Is the contract IR35 friendly? Are they prepare to budge at all?
