But how would people tell the difference if I downed tools and did nothing?

Im happy they havent paid me as I want them to be in breach of contract so I can ditch them.

I get mighty f*cked off too.

However in this case the agents are the payroll people.

I get super pissed off when my pay is even a day late. (yep an intolerant contractor)

I usually find, though, that the agent and payroll department have little to no communication. I've been dealign with an agent who has done nothing/nada/zilch/zero as far as helping me out with anything.

I got angry at him, and he gave me a phone number for the accounts department. They turned out to be humans, explained what i needed to know and I got paid....

So try toget in touch with the payroll people, and forget the agent..

    Breach of @#%$ query

    I have a query for you's.

Agent X has stipulated pay days but you also have the ability to have half the previous months pay paid out early on demand.

Agent X has been sent 4 requests to make such a payment early and so far has ignored them all.

Can I claim they are in breach of contract over this?
