But how would people tell the difference if I downed tools and did nothing?
Im happy they havent paid me as I want them to be in breach of contract so I can ditch them.

I get super pissed off when my pay is even a day late. (yep an intolerant contractor)
I usually find, though, that the agent and payroll department have little to no communication. I've been dealign with an agent who has done nothing/nada/zilch/zero as far as helping me out with anything.
I got angry at him, and he gave me a phone number for the accounts department. They turned out to be humans, explained what i needed to know and I got paid....
So try toget in touch with the payroll people, and forget the agent..
