For what it's worth rates in Scotland for PMO appear to be:
analyst-£175 - £300 (300 for senior)
manager -£300 - £400

up from last year thankfully

S1jobs project assistants

Its Glasgow they're paying £300 to £350 a day not a project guy so I dont know if thats any good.
